We want you to love your ThirdWall purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with returns and refunds.

Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

• Used products are non-refundable.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at charlie@thirdwall.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Free Returns

• We offer free return shipping on all eligible items.

• We will provide a prepaid return label upon request.
